Dave brings over 11-years and $1 billion of experience in progressive investment underwriting, portfolio management, and capital markets to the forefront of ORKA Holdings. He is known today for successfully raising and closing a private equity fund for banking institutions seeking economic returns and CRA credit. Prior, he co-managed a core separate account for CalPERS after successfully navigating the nation’s largest investor’s RFP process. He relies on his visionary skillset for creating financially-driven plans for investment decisions today.
Dave is passionate about, most of all, acquiring, rehabilitating, and managing real estate investments for his partners – interested investors today.
